Friends CHSL, Borivali West

Our journey in real estate began with Friends CHSL in Borivali West. This project was more than just a beginning - it was our first step in turning trust into timeless spaces. This landmark residential development was completed within an impressive 16 months, securing its Occupancy Certificate right from the date of construction initiation — a testament to our commitment to quality, efficiency, and integrity.

Visamo CHSL, Borivali West

In 2003, we began the development of Visamo CHSL in Borivali West, adding depth to our growing legacy. With IOD received in October 2003, and the Commencement Certificate (CC) received in November of the same year, the project progressed swiftly. By November 2005, our 1 & 2 BHK homes had quietly fulfilled the promise to every family.

2010

Kaustubh Paradise, Kandivali East

Envisioned as a peaceful retreat in the city, Kaustubh Paradise began its journey in August 2008 with the signing of the Development Agreement thereon the project moved swiftly, receiving its Commencement Certificate (CC) by January 2009. With 1 & 2 BHK homes thoughtfully designed for calm living, the project was handed over soon after with OC — becoming a quiet, enduring presence in Kandivali East
